Who We Are

Kingdom Consulting Partners is a healthcare regulatory advisory firm focused on audit readiness, compliance risk, and operational execution within Medicaid and Marketplace environments.

The firm operates at the point where regulatory requirements meet real-world operations—where most organizations experience breakdowns under pressure.

This is where audit findings, financial exposure, and regulatory pressure become real.

What This Is

This is not traditional consulting.

This is operator-led advisory grounded in real-world execution.

Work is designed to:

  • Hold up under audit

  • Align with regulatory expectations

  • Function inside actual operations—not theoretical models

Every engagement is built to withstand regulatory, legal, and executive scrutiny.

This work is designed to hold up when it is tested—not just when it is presented.

Our Founder and Principal

Hi, I’m Brandon Cheslock.

Brandon is a healthcare regulatory and compliance operator with direct experience leading audit readiness, regulatory operations, and enterprise compliance functions within Medicaid and Marketplace health plans.

His work has focused on:

  • Translating complex regulatory requirements into operational execution

  • Leading organizations through audit preparation and regulatory scrutiny

  • Strengthening delegation and vendor oversight structures

  • Supporting executive decision-making in high-risk environments

He has worked at the intersection of compliance, operations, and leadership—where decisions carry real regulatory, financial, and reputational consequences.

Where decisions carry real financial, regulatory, and reputational consequences if they fail.

How This Firm Operates

The firm is intentionally structured to prioritize quality, responsiveness, and direct senior involvement.

  • All work is led directly by the Founder

  • No junior staffing or layered consulting teams

  • Limited number of active clients at any time

  • Engagements designed for practical execution—not theoretical output

This model ensures clarity, speed, and accountability in high-stakes situations.

This structure exists to ensure speed, accountability, and work that holds under real scrutiny.

Why This Exists

Most organizations do not fail because they misunderstand regulations.

They fail because execution breaks down under pressure.

Requirements change. Operations lag. Documentation drifts from reality.

Audits expose what was already there.

And when they do, the consequences are immediate—financial, regulatory, and reputational.

This firm exists to close that gap before it becomes a finding.

The objective is simple

Help organizations operate with clarity and control in environments where mistakes are visible, measurable, and consequential.
